Shared hunting log · Web · Mobile · Offline-first
Every sighting, harvest, and hunting ground — logged once, synced everywhere.
Waidmann App replaces the notebook and the spreadsheet with one shared log your whole hunting party can use. Track game, weapons, sightings and weather conditions from the field, on or offline, and see the season add up automatically.

What's in the log
One place for the whole hunting ground
Built directly from the fields hunters already track by hand — nothing invented, nothing missing.
Hunting grounds & membership
Invite the rest of your party as owner, member, or guest. Everyone logs to the same ground, with permissions that match their role.
Game & harvest catalog
Log every harvest against a shared species catalog — weight, location, weapon used — and watch the season strip total itself.
Sightings & field todos
Note what you saw, where, and when — and keep a running list of ground upkeep, from feeder refills to blind repairs.
Field planning: weather, lunar & boundary map
Check wind, pressure, moon phase, and your ground's boundary before you head out, in the same console you use to plan the sit.
Hunts, reservations & invitations
Organize group hunts, reserve stands, and invite guests — everyone sees who's where before the day starts.
Gear: weapons, shooting log & inventory
Track weapons and range sessions, keep the game larder inventory current, and price harvests with the built-in calculator.
Finance: cashbook & invoicing
Log dues, costs, and payouts in a shared cashbook, and issue invoices without leaving the app.
Marketplace
Browse and post hunting-ground classifieds — guest hunts, leases, and gear — to a public marketplace.
Offline-first sync
Log from the mobile app with no signal in the woods — it syncs the moment you're back in range, across every device.

Questions
Before you sign up
Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?
Free means free — one hunting ground, up to three weapons, no card, no expiry. Upgrade only if you need more.
Does it work without signal in the field?
Yes. The mobile app stores everything locally and syncs automatically once you're back in range — nothing is lost while you're offline.
Can my whole hunting party share one ground?
Yes. Invite members as owner, member, or guest; everyone logs to the same shared ground and sees the same season totals.
Can I move my data from the old app?
Waidmann App is the successor to the local-only mobile app — bring your existing records over when you set up your first ground.
